Accustomed to happy go lucky one in everything, 

Now, not having heart in something 

To cut to the chase what I believe 

Always get a punishment for wearing heart on sleeve

On regular note have my heart skips a beat 

God! Now concerned about flapping the lips 

On top of the world feels to be dow 

Amazed to afraid of my own shadow 

Habituated to please as punch or hard as nails, 

For clearing the air become an emotional fool, now people avails

Hello my folks!! Hope you all doing great and safe and healthy. Emotions are like wave in the ocean. It comes to the sore and get back to amid of the silent beauty. We all go through this kind of roller coaster ride. Sometimes we are strong and hard as rock and on other part we just flow like water. Just try to feel good and be calm as there is nothing wrong in expressing your feelings and emotions.
